Minerva Place Construction Update

We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to our stunning new show apartment at Minerva Place in November.

Taking inspiration from its leafy surroundings, our two bedroom show apartment fuses warm whites, soft greys and pebble tones with the botanical rich greens of nature and the burnished ochres and golden highlights of the Autumnal months to create a sophisticated living space that is both stylish and comfortable.  Step into the show apartment and enjoy a sense of calm, a feeling of being ‘at home’ in an elevated and elegant space that invites you to leave the everyday stresses of the world outside and simply relax.

Our show apartment will be open daily for viewings and we invite you to make an appointment and come and see us for a look around.

Interest in Minerva Place continues to be high as we progress steadily through the build programme.

As many of you will be aware, we lost a bit of time last Winter due to the adverse weather conditions, seasonal storms and continued impact of Covid restrictions.  During the Summer months we recovered some of the lost time, but not as much as we had hoped, and with the Christmas break approaching, build will slip by another couple of weeks meaning we are now forecasting a completion date of 23 January 2023 after which we will begin welcoming residents into their new homes.

As you can see from our most recent drone footage, the development looks superb and is really taking shape.  You can see the adjacent care home and children’s day nursery with its beautiful garden space next door.
